Derrik is the owner of the Shoreline Wine School and Sip Wine Bar in Old Saybrook, CT.
Derrik has dedicated himself to wine education, including holding a DipWSET, is a Certified Sommelier, Italian Wine Scholar, Certified Specialist of Wine, Certified Sherry Wine Specialist, and is currently working towards his German Wine Scholar and Valpolicella Specialist.
Derrik can help train, coach, and mentor students studying for any level of WSET Certification in Wine, the CMS-Introductory or Certified Sommelier exams, or any other professional wine examinations.
